More Loyalty - Less Caps
We respect the loyalty realtors. Your cap decreases for the first 5 years.
- $20,000 Cap: 0-12 months commission cap.
- $15,000 Cap: 1-2 years.
- $13,500 Cap: 2-3 years.
- $12,000 Cap: 3-4 years.
- $11,000 Cap: 4-5 years.
- $10.000 Cap: 5+ years.
Caps apply to the portion of gross commission income paid to the brokerage and are reviewed annually for compliance and performance eligibility.

Revenue share is paid up to the agent’s cap. Once the cap is reached, no further revenue is distributed from their production during that cap period. Please refer to the Revenue Share Guide for full details.

If an agent exits the brokerage, your revenue share from that agent stops. There is no cascading or shifting structure. You are compensated only for active, producing agents in your network.
